I can not swim, but wish I could. I fell in a pool at the deep end ... at the age of 6. Today I am 38 years old and even in spite of swimming lessons I still can´t swim. I panick ...

I was in a car crash and injuries made lower body workouts in the gym difficult, so a biocineticist gave me a "pool program" after testing me.

Any ideas of how to overcome the fear???
