I'm not sure what you mean by the 120.
From what you've posted above, you need to eat more. You should be eating 10 to 12 times your body weight - so your minimum number of calories should be 1700.
If you start a journal and post your menus, we could give you more specific help. Meanwhile, consider adding more fat by putting butter on your vegies, using lots of oil in your salad dressing and using plenty of full fat mayo (check the labels for sugar - Helmans is a good brand).
