I know this isn't very low carb but it fixed a problem I had.
I have to admit I was worried about lunches at work. But when I was at the store the other night, I noticed that small pita pockets only have 7 carbs. Wow, and if you stuff it full of cheese and meat, it makes a very nice sandwhich! (My work has a teeny tiny frig, and most people just order out.) Since my work environment is cool, I can keep the sandwhich at my desk.
