A nother thing to look at is the advantage bars.. they have hidden carbs and can be as high as 9 carbs and up on certain bars.... may only show 1-2 carbs but actualy its way more... so try cutting the bars out before the cheese...thats just my opinion.. some of them bars have been known to be stallers in some peoples weightloss... cant hurt to try it for a couple of weeks and see...
