That doesn't work for me. It just makes me feel bloated and uncomfortable and I still get hungry. Try getting hungry when you also feel bloated. Yuck!

You beat me to the other quote I was going to comment on, Mr. Frumble. However, it's funny, because I read somehwere recently (I don't remember where) that Americans are actually eating fewer calories than they did 40 years ago.
