I know, I know, it's not good enough to give it a thumbs-up

However, the thumbs-up is for the AHA attempting to get it's head out of it's behind! They're not there yet, but they're trying! They now see a connection, and suspect that their earlier recommendations may not be working, DUH!

They basically think that fat-free foods are bad (true) because people over-eat them. Wrong, fat-free processed foods are bad period, you won't get any of the essential fats and nutrients that can only be found in fat!
