Regarding the Keto shakes. I have found one named Keto Slim by Nature's Plus that is really good with a couple of strawberries and few drops of Stevia. It is somewhat expensive though. The health food store's price was $22.95 but you could probably get it cheaper through Vitamins Plus stores. They sell the individual packets so you do not have to buy the whole can to see if you like them. The chocolate are pretty good but I have not tried the strawberry.
