You know thanks to the motivation from your replies I am feeling healthier already (in so many ways!).
Donald, I think that you are onto something- I started to look and feel good so I thought why can't I have a 'little' of this or a 'little' of that- All those 'littles' took me right back to my old way of eating. I guess I have to accept that, if one has an adiction, there aint no way a 'little' cuts it for long- thus 'abstinence' is the word of the day!
