Thanks for the heads up on all this. I'll definately try those recipes!! As far as a "nice " place to go out to eat....well, my husband dragged me here to this one horse town on a construction job.... If you want to do anything or go anywhere you have to drive like an hour away, and even then the pickins are slim. But thank you for the advice.
