Second Body Pump session of the week. I really enjoyed todays session and came home tired, with aching shoulders, but on a definite high. Something I've not had for several weeks.

Not only did I use 4 kg throughout, but used 7 kg, rather than 5 kg, on the chest track. Had a new track with many more upright raises and found my muscles tied up during this, so did not do it all. Humid and day. A hot and sweaty session.

Booked in for next Thursday. If I'm not out Sunday may try to go again at lunch time.
