I agree to stay away from some things...
You are eating a lot of cheese, some onions and some fruit. I have heard that these can be trigger foods or even cause stalls in some people. So I would recommend possibly avoiding them for a few days and see what happens. This WOE if definitely all experimental as different things work for different people. So experiment by trying various foods and see how you react to them or without them.
