My name is Garrison. I am a 27 years old female from Alabama. I have 75 pounds to lose, and I need a buddy to help me along the way!

I have decided to follow the Atkins or Sugar Busters plan, but am undecided between the two.

I am a Christian and would really like to find someone out there who can encourage and PRAY with me about losing this weight.

I am also a newlywed. (Married October 2001) So I could use some help in planning low-carb meals and things of that nature.

I love to encourage and motivate others. I am goal-oriented and I love to help others reach their goals as well!
