After missing out for the last two Saturdays I was able to go to aqua fit this morning. A good session. Particularly enjoyed using the water dumb bells. Afterwards swam 4 lengths of the pool doing back stroke. Thats a big improvement on last time.

Must get back into going to the gym. Booked to go to Body Pump on Sunday morning and Thursday evening. Hope to pay a visit there between those two visits.
