Cheating
Ivory, I try not to cheat that often. But lately I've been cheating about once a week. Actually, I cheated yesterday, too. I ate one slice of bread that was on a burger I had. It was good though. But I do believe that has been slowing my progress too. I am trying not to get too upset because I know that my little cheat tantrums are probaly causing my slowdown. But I will just go on and try harder the next time.
I love my George Foreman grill too. It is so convenient and quick and I will have to try the brocolli thing too. That is just about the only vegetable that I DO like to eat.
