Thanks so much for your replies. I definitely understand it's about an eating lifestyle change. Since I don't have that much weight to lose, I want to learn how so I can avoid gaining the next 25lbs over the next few years, etc. (I really am proned to put it on and I have such bad eating habits). When I first started (even though it was all wrong-no water, all cheese & meat) I had no problem sticking to it for about 4 months. Then I started to slip. I was desperate for a piece of bread! That's why I wanted to make sure I could get some decent baking down, just so I know in the future it will be availible. As soon as I get my book in the mail, I'm gonna start over with induction and do it right this time (should come w/in a week). I'm getting started on the water today. Thanks again and I will look for product recs on the site!
