Default How do you incorporate this diet when you are a demi- vegetarian?

Hello ,
I am a new member here and am just getting to know what is involved with carb intolerance diets. I have been following a Blood type diet which suggests that I should be a vegetarian... How does one follow this carb intolerant diet and maintain a vegetarian lifestlye? On the Blood type diet I am allowed to have poultry, and certain types of fish. But the protien that isn't full of carbs (like beans and rice) are limited! I need some advice. I also have just joined "Curves " gym and hopefully the extra weight I carry will also move! I haven't been one who exercises on a regular or consistent basis in the past so this is a big step for me.
I hope to be successful with this plan and hopefully I can get some answers with the topic.
