Hi Cinderalla - sorry, I just assumed Second Cups were everywhere in Canada - I'm in Toronto, so they are abundant. Don't know if the syrups are specifically for coffee, but I know they're flavoured so it may be okay. My vice is wine on the weekends, I keep trying to adjust my carb intake while allowing for a couple of glasses of wine (I know it just stalls me) so I, like you will just have to abstain.
