Default wrist pain

I also have weak wrists. When I get heavy with my training, I have to tape them so that they stay stiff.

If you choose to go that route, be sure to use an underwrap. I buy mine (and the tape) at Wallgreen's. LOL. The tape is Sport Tape (a.k.a. coach's tape). It is white and looks like a wide roll of medical tape. Next to it should be a package of a yellow material that looks like foam.

The product I use is called "Wrap". LOL. It is yellow, and made by Mueller, from their Sport Care line. I wrap my wrist from the base of my hand and down about 2" - 3" down my arm. This keeps the tape from sticking to your skin (OUCH!)

Then, I follow the same path with the Sport Tape and wrap it tight ... but not so tight as to cut off circulation.

Anyway, it works well for me ...

Here's a link to a thread that Razzle posted when she had the same problem ... Razzle's Wrists thread
