Oh! Howze about nuts? I know you shouldn't eat a lot on Atkins, but try Almonds and macadamias. Each have about 4 grams carbs per 1/4 cup and two of those are fiber. And yes, lowcarb bars can stall weight loss in some people, but I think this is an acception to the rule for you (you will be doing a LOT of "knees bent, running about advancing behavior!"). Sorry! Just my "French Knight" Monty Python trying to escape again...
