From what I know, even with Atkins they don't want you to eat anything that has sugar in it of any sort. Those hidden carbs. We still have to read the label and see if the product has sugar in any form in it. Only thing I buy with sugar is Ranch Dressing. Oh and the summer sausage I had purchased but will never again. =x
