nope. Body weight will fluctuate from one day to the next and from morning to night. If you weigh every day and try to figure out what cause that 1/2 lb gain from yesterday, you will drive yourself buggy! Women especially will have water retention for any number of reasons, not all of them relating to what they did or didn't eat. Keep a chart if you need to and plot your weight loss for one week to the next. If it remains in a straight line (or relatively straight line) for several weeks, then you can consider yourself to be stalled and start looking for possible causes. Until that happens, try not to worry about it. Stress can also stall you.
