Tea bags, Low-Carb bars, nuts, splenda packets.

I personally wouldn't put the sea salt in it unless you know that (if it is porcelain/pottery) that the glaze would withstand holding salt.

I keep those emergency low-carb bars in mind, don't eat them that often, but I have them there just in case.
