Hi Nanajs,

Don't despair! From what I have heard, it is not unusual to feel a bit weak, right about where you are during induction. I has something to do with the body cleansing that is happening. I don't know how much food you are consuming, but it should be around 10-12 times your current body weight. This seems like a great deal of food if you have a history of "dieting", but it is what it takes to keep that fine machine running properly. Also, don't sweat the keto stix too much. As long as there is some color, you are in Ketosis. From what I've read on this forum, the greater the colore just means the more concentrated the ketones are. Darker colors are usually indicative of not enough water. Water consumption by the way should be 64 oz + 8 oz for every 25lbs you wish to lose-as a mimimum.

Stay with the induction. I promise you will feel better before it is over. (unless there is something else going on, of course )
