You are so right about the weights....I have tried them but always quit b/c i have a tendency to build a lot of muscle and then I think I look to bulky....I know it sounds sill but it is true for me. As far as the splenda goes i guess i was using too much b/cv I can already see a difference in just a few days. Thanks for the supprot I am definately not going to give up. Where do you get stevia??? is it any good???
