my question is : if i'm working out with wts at high intensity as he had described, shd i go to the gym EVERY ALTERNATE DAYS ??
OR TWICE A WEEK ??
was afraid if i go twice a week, it'd be too little.
if i go every alternate days, my muscles may nt have enough 'rest' in between.
also, is walking on the treadmill (sloped) a gd enough cardio exercise then ?
my resting heartrate is abt 78/min. during the treadmill session, it goes up to abt 125/min.
am afraid its nt gd enough.
have tried to push myself to walk faster, bt cant - feel like i'm pushing myself towards a heartattack
