is the whipped cream that comes in the aerosole can allowed on the diet? the first 2 weeks? can i have unlimited amounts of cheese? i am a small person but can put away pounds of meat&cheese.....i'm scared of the words "eat as much as you want" tell me the truth!! should i be counting calories? i'm so glad this forum exists!!!!!!!!
