On the right side of the screen is a menu with "which low carb plan is right for me?" It has all the plans outlined and compared in one spot. You may want to take a look at the basics and since you already have read the books it might help to look at them from a different view.
I know on the Atkin's plan I do eat cheese, fruits and veggies along with a high fat diet. I have lost 47 pounds so far in 12 months.
The main thing is, pick a plan you can live with for the rest of your life. If you find one too restrictive then odds are you won't stick with it and go off it once you obtain your goal weight and start to regain all the weight again.
