Thanks so much for the advice and encouragement.
I think I shall have to give this a real good go - i.e. no cheating - I am a very good diet-cheater.
It is not a difficult diet but it is still quite a big lifestyle change ie being in UK - beer being a no no is lways problematic!!!!
But as you said it works so give it a go.
By the way do you feel excersie helped alot?
How rapid is the weight loss? Can I expect to lose 2 pounds a week or is that unrealistic?
