It is totally awesome the number of lives you positvely effect from the time you give to share your knowledge with us. It has kept Dave and I going many times and we have healthier lives and feel better about ourselves because of it. It is pretty incredible that the computer age has allowed people to benefit from friendships with others they may never meet in person.
