Hello all of you SPers!

I have been lurking here for sometime now, and I have decided to join up and keep a journal.

I'm on my way out right now, but I wanted to say hello and let you know I look forward to sharing SP ideas with you all and learning a lot from you, too.

I started SP in February and have lost about 22 or so pounds and about 10 inches. Follow it pretty strictly and love it!
