I think you should try what Doreen suggest...its not given in...It’s just finding what’s right for you and your body! And if later you decide to restrict a little more do what someone else suggest in another thread...and switch over to protein power...then to what ever...and so one...then MAYBE back to atkins or CKD...but may be not. You have to figure your body out! LISTON TO IT!!!!
