Hi, my name is suzy and I had been on aktins a year ago and was very successful. Unfortunately I never read the maintenance part of the book thus gaining all and more weight. I have now read the entire 2002 atkins book and have chosen this as a way of life now and am doing very well.I have been on atkins this time for 11 days now and have lost 18lbs which I am happy about. I have many questions that I hope will be answered here. I have so far enjoyed what I have seen. Thanks
