Exactly, keep thinking "new lifestyle". So one bad day wont hurt either. Just dont let it become a bad week/month or worse!!!
I'm finding the excercise is really helping too. If I dont lose weigh, I measure and tend to find I've lost cm's. (I do cm's instead of inches cause they come off quicker!!!)
