I too am thinking of switching to the cad from the atkins. I have just completed my 2week induction, and although havent lost nearly as much as you, am consoling myself that due to lots of work at the gym have gained some muscle weight??? (I hope!)

I read yesterday about the CAD theory which allows the one meal per day including carbs. Also the fact that due to the other meals being carb free, you will find yourself very full very quickly, which I can agree with after feeling like I'd had a 5 course meal last night after eating 2 pieces of toast. (Savouring every morsel!!!)

I too would be interested on other peoples views who have switched as I do not want to undo what I have done. Also, keep in touch with how youre doing, maybe we could swap notes!
