About those Pork Krackles. What section of Coles did you find them in? I have been looking all over the place for them!

Another board I regularly read called Everything Atkins http://www7.addr.com/~atkinsdi/ has a recipe board which has many recipes which use pork krackles. If I remember correctly, they had a fried chicken recipe where you crush the Pork Krackles, dip the chicken in egg, then the pork crackles, back in the egg, back in the pork crackles and the straight into the deep frier!

I would really love to try this recipe! Please tell me where you found them!
