so the last couple of weeks scale hasn't moved much. didn't think it was a true stall, but still new to this....i ahve been trying on 'smaller' clothes weekly. a couple of weeks has gone by so i decided to try again. i looked in the mirror and thought' i think i look smaller'..so i got the clothes out...

THEY FIT!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 dresses have been tight in the chest practically since i purchased them, or shortly after....some capri pants WHOOHOOHOO!

so now i have one more pair of 'petite' capri pants that i am targeting. my goal is to fit in them before July 1.

I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!

so don't let the scale rule your life. i did.....i am losing inches...and to me that is so much more exciting. i measeured my waist this a.m. ran to my dh and said 'what does that say' he said '32.5'...that is almost 3 inches less than what it was when i started 2/16-02. whoowhoo.

so keep it up. don't give up and keep going.
