Flax Oil
It seems to me that I've read so much about the low carb wol in the last month or so... it's like a new religion or something with me. *LOL!! Anyway, when I grocery shop (pretty much daily) I always keep my eye out for any low carb products that will aid me to stay on program. I'm a terrible impulse shopper and I must confess that I bought an 8 oz bottle of flax oil this morning. It's in a dark bottle, the expiry date isn't until September, it was refrigerated. Okay, so far so good. Is there some reason that I need to use this stuff? I was hoping it was high in protein but it has zero grams of protein. It is quite high in calories, though. Is there a real benefit to me taking this stuff?
