Its so wonderful to see some others from Arkansas.
I have been on Atkins for about a month, since I got out of hospital. Had small(didn't feel small) heartattack and dx of type 2 diabetes.

I have lost 15 lbs. since i came home. They had me on ADA diet and my sugar stayed over 200 even with 2 different pills. I changed that when I got home and am now off the pills.

I live in the very NW corner of Ark. in a small town not far from Mo. line.
Its so nice to meet some people close to home that I have something in common with.
