Cravings
Right now, the bananas and pears I keep for my son's lunches are screaming 'EAT ME' - I sooooo want eat some fruit. I'm only on my third day of induction, but I did not realize how much I would miss fruit!
Is this possibly due to the sugar content of fruit and my bodies way of reacting to sugar deprivation?
Can anyone offer some ideas on how to make the fruit cravings go away?
