There are two sites that I've found with useful conversion charts:

• RealFood 4 RealPeople is great, also includes substitutions
  
• AllRecipes.com also has a complete conversion chart, and link to substitutions.

Both of these sites includes conversions to and from USA, UK and Australian measures.
