I totally agree with Shelly, calorie count is only needed if you have a tendancy to under-eat.

One thought is that if you are exercising, have you tracked your measurements? With exercise, there's always the chance that you are gaining muscle, which tend to show little progress on the scale, but a lot of progress on the tape. That's a very good sign.

If you have any doubts about what you are doing, you might want to start a journal, and our members will be able to pick any problem areas
