one more thing...

getting the carbs in foods that don't cause such a quick rise in blood sugar would be a good idea. Frome vegetables, and nuts, and different ways to prepare your meats. The drop after eating the strawberries makes sense, if you think about it like this. you eat the fruit, blood sugar rises, insulin kicks in high gear to lower it, and actually causes it to drop too low. I'm allergic to strawberries, so I don't know what affect they have on my blood sugar. Maybe someone will be able to tell us if they have a high glycemic index, and what fruits cause the slowest rise in blood sugar.
