Fern, thanks for the quick response, this question was sent after reading that same article, so I'm still confused.

This is what I understand from reading the article...

If you do your cardio during the day or after lifting (like I do), you have to work harder to burn off the carbs in your system. If that's right then, if you are in ketosis wouldn't you already be in fat burning mode in which case time of day and empty stomach doesn't matter? Also, if you do cardio after depleting your system with weights is that not also the same effect?

I don't know, if I did I wouldn't be asking.

Anwhere else I could look Fern?
