Really looking for a reason not to work out tonight...my head hurts...my sinus' are bad...WHINE - WHINE - WHINE. But I did make myself do it anyway. YAH!!!

Bowflex Weight Lifting - 45minutes; 2 sets of 12 reps to failure
of each exercise.

1. Shoulder Press - 50#
2. Leg Press - 140#
3. Bench Press - 50#
4. Lat Press - 60#
5. Lat Pull Down - 70#
6. Leg Curl - 60#
7. Leg Extension - 60#
8. Chest Fly's - 40#
9. Biceps Curl - 50#
10. Resisted Ab Crunch - 60#
11. Seated Rows - 60#

AB Workout

Reverse Crunch 1 x 20 (failure)
Incline Crunch 1 x 40 (failure)


Worked out very hard, little rest, felt like cardio, heart rate in the 70% zone. Did have a headache at the beginning that went away and then came back briefly twice...odd. Very tired, not sleeping well last week which is unusual for me, I am going to bed very early tonight.
