Kathy P - I think most Indian curry sauces are cream based and just simmered down for thickness.
The Indian restaurant I frequent has plenty of LC dishes - lots of different vegetable curries plus paneer, though that may be too high carb for some. I haven't been there since LCing, but I know I'd miss the rice, naan and samosas.
