I've been wondering about Indian food, too. I've found the best Indian Take-Out here in Szeged, Hungary (of all places). In fact, since mango-chicken curry (my favorite) was 1/3 the price as in America I almost convinced myself I could eat 3 times as much. Same with the pasteries. Ice Cream....

I'm new to this, but Tandoori Chicken, Lamb, Fish (Tandoori Fish?) can't be too bad--can they?--and then there are Kabobs.

Maybe someone out there has a low-carb Curry?
