You've received some wonderful advice from a couple of this forum's finest. I would like to reiterate Wbahn's advise to re-read the book or check out other plans.

You and I are in about the same place weight-wise and I have noticed that my weight has been dropping more rapidly since I've been cycling regularly (every day) for 30 mins at a time. If you're not exercising, I recommend it....and soon you'll be hooked!
