I'm searching for foods I can make and freeze. Any ideas would be great. Some thoughts that have come to mind are Meat loaf and casseroles or stews.

What I'm planning to do is to put them into single serving sizes so I'll always have a meal at hand and won't be tempted to grab something I shouldn't just because it's there.

I've also searched the recipes, but having trouble finding what I'm looking for. Any ideas?
