Calling all senior members, newbie question here! How many teaspoons are in an ounce? I'm trying to determine the carb count in one teaspoon of ground flax seeds. FitDay gives a cup measurement and my book (The Complete Book of Food Counts by Netzer) gives the ounce listing. Again, I thank you all for your support. After one week of trial and error I finally am having a true induction day! I now count everything! Instead of going by the label on the product!
