Regular beer contains 12 grams per bottle or can. Miller Lite has 3.2 and is the lowest in carbs. I think Coors light has around 6.

No, they're not Guinness, but better than nothing, according to my DH. Of course, he does have the real thing now and then, but he is in maintenance mode.

As others have said, beer is not something you should probably drink on induction, but it is not out of your future forever!
